As a kid, Francisco always dreamt of being like his two heroes: G.I. Joe and Steven Spielberg. If he wasn't "camping" in front of his house, he could be found using (or breaking) his parents' VHS camcorder.
Eventually, Francisco "grew up" and graduated from high school. It was then, when he decided to follow the footsteps of his first (fictional) hero by enlisting in the United States Army. He served as an Airborne Infantryman and deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After serving honorably for several years, Francisco decided to leave the military to pursue his second dream... To become a filmmaker
Fast forward to a few years later, Francisco is now an honor graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts and an active member in the film and television community. Whether he is DPing an adventure show, Directing an indie film, or ADing an ambitious feature film on a tight schedule, you will see a huge smile on his face because he loves fulfilling his childhood dream everyday as a filmmaker.
